Our philosophy

I bring over 20 years of experience in education in Canada to my role as Director of Administration and Pedagogy. Guided by my deep passion for Montessori principles, I am committed to creating learning environments that foster intellectual curiosity, emotional strength, social confidence and practical life skills. It is important to me to create classrooms where children think independently, collaborate respectfully, find creative solutions and meet the world with empathy and joy.

I am very pleased to be part of the Montessori team. It brings me joy to see how children at the Montessori school are motivated to learn from an early age. Social interaction with their peers, as well as the teaching of values and respectful behaviour, are important foundations for supporting and shaping different personalities. This strengthens self-confidence, healthy cooperation and tolerance. ​

For over 25 years, I have worked with children of different ages, with a special focus on caring for children aged 3 to 6. The children’s natural curiosity and desire to explore inspire me again and again. With empathy, love, passion and a touch of humour, I accompany them in their development.

With joy, I accompany children as they learn and discover, supporting their individual development. As a trained teacher with a focus on special needs education and Montessori pedagogy, I bring both experience and enthusiasm to my work. Since 2021, I have been working at Montessori Kinderhaus, supporting children as they develop their curiosity and independence.

Seit November 2025 bin ich Teil des Montessori Since November 2025, I have been part of Montessori Kinderhaus in Bülach. I have extensive experience working with children. Among other roles, I worked as a group leader for a pre-kindergarten group and taught for several years at a bilingual school. I also support trainees during their education and accompany them in their professional and personal development. I am an open, cheerful and warm-hearted person with a great passion for working with children. I place strong emphasis on individual support and independence.

Since 2022, I have been very happy to be part of the Montessori Kinderhaus team. I have a solid education as a childcare specialist and many years of experience with children of all ages. One of my great passions is introducing children to the fascinating world of animals and the natural environment that deserves our care and protection.

Working with children inspires me greatly, and my big wish is to become a teacher in the future. I have already been able to gain valuable experience here during one year as an intern. I am all the more pleased that I can now complete my three-year apprenticeship in this kindergarten as well. It brings me great joy to accompany and observe the children in their development.

It is very important to us that your children eat healthy, organic and seasonal food. All meals are freshly prepared every day. The children enjoy dishes such as soups, stews and homemade bread. On Wednesdays, we pay special attention to the children’s wishes and cook together.
